RESTRICTING WHAT IS PERMISSIBLE IN ISLAM IN DEVELOPMENTS, AN APPLIED STUDY ON COVID 19

Dr. shimaa Abdulrahman

Abstract:
One of the virtues of Islamic law is that it prescribed diligence for this nation, because the texts are fixed, and the reality is variable, and this indicates that Islamic law is not ossified and frozen, but rather revolves with the interest of :man. Recently, a catarrh appeared that roamed the whole world, and caused an imbalance in it in many different aspects of life, and this catarrh is considered one of the largest cataclysms that the world has witnessed in the present era. Objectives: Through this study, we seek more clarification about the restriction of permissibility, with its practical application on some issues and provisions related to the Covid 19 (Corona) epidemic. Study Approach: The study is based on the comparative descriptive approach, in addition to the analytical approach and the deductive approach. Results: One of the most important results is that what is meant by restricting what is permissible is to give preference to one of the two sides for legitimate reasons. In addition, the guardian has the right to restrict what is permissible by forcing it or forbidding it according to what he deems a significant interest in that, according to Sharia controls.
keywords: Corona - permissible - muzzle - vaccine - cataclysms.
