Abstract:
The importance of studying the issue of women between innate nature in Islam and gender studies. This is because studying the issue of women’s gender and the issue of their preparations and functions contrasting with the preparations and functions of men in life is one of the research polemics that have not yet been resolved. The instinct upon which many Islamic legislations were built after the previous studies. The objectives of the research are represented as following: First: determining the origin of the human species and the position of each other since the beginning of creation. Secondly: clarifying the supreme reference of Islam in the legislations related to women in terms of their human entity and their fairness and giving them their rights in full proportion to the Its nature and composition. It followed the inductive-deductive and deductive approach in all aspects of the research. I concluded with the results included in the heart of the research and removed it with a list of sources and references that I benefited from.
