Abstract:
The originality of the Maliki school, its jurisprudential richness, its intellectual flexibility, its ability to renew and openness, has made it one of the most popular Islamic schools of thought in the field of specialized academic studies and research, which dealt with it in terms of foundation, modernization, and value. Many Muslims around the world follow it. Accordingly, this research aims to highlight the manifestations of tolerance and amplitude in the Maliki school of thought through the rule of (consideration of disagreement) which monitors the theoretical foundations and practical aspects that would reveal objectively and practically the extent of tolerance and breadth of the Maliki school, which made it distinguished by spreading a culture of tolerance and openness to the rest of the doctrines, and that By following the inductive method, the analytical method, and the deductive method. The study concluded with many results, the most important of which are: Disagreement is one of the legitimate branches of religion that is contrary to estrangement and desertion among Muslims.
