Abstract
This research's problem arose when there was no detailed study that talks about the images and controls of corporal punishment in the Noble Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet for every punishment imposed, as is the case with contemporary theories. Researchers are frequently interested in topics relating to child rearing. The several kinds of corporal punishment, stating the position of Muslim scholars on corporal punishment, Also discussed are educational alternatives to corporal punishment in the Holy Qur'an and the Prophet's Sunnah, as well as current educational theories' views on the technique of corporal punishment, and showing the difference between corporal punishment in Qur’an, Sunnah, and modern education theories, With the inductive, deductive, and descriptive analytical method, to achieve the goal of the research and solve its problems. The study was split into eight chapters: the first: Introduction, the second: the research literature, the third: research method, procedures, and limits, the fourth: principles The Noble Qur’an and Sunnah on permitting corporal punishment, the Fifth: Muslim Scholars ’Attitude towards Corporal Punishment, The sixth: Modern Education’s Viewpoint, The seventh: educational alternatives, and finally the conclusion, covers the most significant findings and suggestions.
