UNANIMOUS INTERPRETATION

ABSTRACT

The problem of research lies in knowing the issues that Muslims have unanimously agreed upon, so that the circle of disagreements that makes the conflict between the two different is narrowed, And its importance lies in the fact that consensus in religion has a great position, as it is one of the principles to which it is referred and relied upon, and a source of the glorious Sharia, after the Qur’an and Sunnah, derived from them, confirming what is in them, and interrupting the conflict between people in what they differed from them, So God gathered with him mercy and favored the hearts of the nation, as the imams ’consensus on the general faculties of religion and its origins, and many of its branches were a reason for the unity of Muslims, narrowing the circle of disagreement, and the chasm of conflict between the different, and therefore it was inevitable for those who wanted infallibility from misstep, and to escape from error that He knows what the Muslims have agreed upon regarding matters of religion, so that he can adhere to them and act accordingly.This research aims to independently highlight the topic of consensus in interpretation, and to know the status of consensus and its impact on collecting the word ummah, and to escape from the mistakes that a Muslim might fall into in his religion, In my research, I followed the inductive analytical approach. The research included an introduction in which I talked about the importance of the topic and the reasons for choosing it. The research included an introduction in which I spoke about the definition of consensus in language and idiom, the order and authority of consensus, the conditions for consensus, and the sections of consensus, Then I divided the research into two topics, and in each topic several demands, I spoke in the first section about the objections received on consensus in interpretation, the benefits of mentioning consensus, and the reasons for stating consensus.Then, in the second topic, I talked about the words of the story of consensus, the approaches of commentators on consensus, and examples from the consensus of commentators, Then I concluded my research with sources, references and indexes.I have reached the following conclusions: that consensus has a great effect in ending the disagreement, and that consensus cuts off the argument against those who disagree, and that knowledge of consensus shows the size of the matters in which the ummah has agreed so that it closes the way to the people of immorality, delusion and corruptors of the religion of Muslims, and that knowledge of consensus gives complete confidence in this Religion forms the hearts of Muslims.
