MOUNTAINS BETWEEN THE QUR'ANIC PERSPECTIVE AND THE SCIENTIFIC PERSPECTIVE
ABSTRACT
The steep mountains are one of the great universe verses that the Holy Qur’an spoke about and explained in several places their truth and the reason for finding them, and then their end. The scientific study is to study the compatibility between the established facts that geologists have recently reached, and prepared the stage of theories and hypotheses, and between what is mentioned by the Holy Qur’an before 1400 years, so they looked meditating on the two verses: (the legendary verse and the visible verse). The Holy Qur’an made it clear about a scientific miracle in creating these great steepmountains, and the facts that modern science has reached, so the balance between them is the method of this blessed study. Service to humanity, so the Holy Qur’an describes mountains in nine different places as moorings, and as pegs in one place, and this is what modern science has recently reached, which is to confirm the stabilization of the earth and its anchoring and preserving its balance by draining. for those with firm roots in the earth, and what modern science brought about came after profound scientific stages of study that took time from time to come to scientific facts that correspond to the accurate description and eloquent expression that the Noble Qur’an came to in a brilliant scientific miracle.
