ABSTRACT
This quantitative study discussed the extent of the impact of the organizational climate to raise the job performance of administrative leaders in government institutions in the Governorate of Al Dakhiliyah in the Sultanate of Oman. The problem emerged in the need to raise the job performance of administrative leaders, and to address the factors that led to this (organizational structure, leadership style, incentives Bonuses, qualification and training), Where it aimed to measure the extent of the influence of the organizational climate on the job performance of administrative leaders in government institutions in the Governorate of Al-Dakhiliya in the Sultanate of Oman, the study followed the quantitative descriptive approach to achieve its objectives, and the questionnaire was built from (39) statements to collect data, and a simple stratified sample of (280) individuals The data were processed using multiple regression analysis, and the results showed an impact of the organizational climate at a rate of (45.7%) on the administrative leaders of government institutions in the Governorate of Al Dakhiliya on job performance, and among its most important recommendations is the implementation of similar studies on other governorates that may suffer from some challenges in job performance. Also, studies of the factors composing the independent variable are conducted in detail and are taken each one separately as independent variables and their impact on the independent variable.
