ARAB- JEWISH MANUSCRIPTS BETWEEN ISLAMIC AND JUDAISM (A COMPARATIVE STUDY)


Abstract

Arab literature whose owners condemn Judaism abound in the manuscript world, but comparative study of religions is considered an arduous study;  Because of its difficulty in diverging trends, it includes multiple aspects such as belief, law, jurisprudence, language, etc., and here lies the problem of research, which aims to track the Arab cultural civilization and its connection to the Hebrew letter, and the extent of the connection of Jewish scholars to the Arab heritage, and the research was based on the comparative analytical approach, which traced  Through the Jewish manuscripts and comparing their words with Islam and the Arabic tongue, the research concluded the depth of Arab-Islamic civilization and that many books were transferred from the Hebrew letter to the Arabic letter such as the lecture and study of Moses bin Ezra, and that the medieval Arab heritage produced by Jewish scholars from the fourth century AH is considered  An essential source in Arab and Jewish thought.Keywords: manuscripts,religions,comparison, Arabic, Judaism.
