TOWARDS THE JURISPRUDENCE OF ISTIGRAB (STUDYING AND UNDERSTANDING THE WEST) AN APPROACH IN THE CIVILIZED RENAISSANCE PROJECT OF MALIK BIN NABI
Abstract
The aim that we aspire to in this study is to draw attention to what was presented by one of the poles of contemporary Islamic thought and the pioneer of his civilized renaissance project, the intellectual Malik bin Nabi, in establishing an accurate scientific view of the West and orking to evaluate it. And Malik bin Nabi was not the first to simplify research in the Western phenomenon, but he was the first to realize our position on the West and the position of the West in a scientific and conscious way, he linked the causes of the rise of Islamic civilization with real knowledge of the civilized West.
