REASONS FOR EXPLANATION OF SHARIA RULINGS
ABSTRACT
The Prophet disseminated legislative commandment provisions with the problem for which he issued this judgment، these problems are used as references to the intended wisdom of the Islamic ruling. There may be a variety of reasons that necessitate the mention of reason، Thus، it is useful to know the reasons for the Prophet’s legislation that the researcher ordered through an applied study on "Sahih Bukhari." the researcher followed the inductive content analysis method by collecting the hadiths that included religious rulings. The researcher mentioned the wisdom، or referred to it، and then studied these hadiths and analyzed them to indicate the wisdom. As for the results of the study، The most important reason to refer to explicitly with the legitimate rule is to remove the mysteries the sahaba had regarding the action or command of the Prophet، answer the questions of some sahaba on the rule of some legislation.
