Abstract
Because Muslims were drifted away from the divine way and the prophetic guidance, the Muslim community nowadays confronts a wave of moral behaviours which are not part of Islam by any means such as rudeness and harshness, particularly among the affiliates of the Islamic Movements and between the ruler and the ruled. Consequently, Muslims became apart and separated situation which has no precedence. Here lies the problem of research. By understanding this inclusive and verse which we are trying to explore its content and extract its meanings, we find that this verse contains Qur’anic insights and divine precepts which help the ruler and the citizens be in a condition of harmony, love and obedience. Here lies the importance of the research. This study aims to state the divine guidance in the way the ruler and the ruled, and the members of the Muslim nation should deal with each other. He followed the analytical methodology which analyzes the Qur’anic and Prophetic texts that clarify the relationship between the ruler and the ruled and among the members of the Muslim nation in general. I found some conclusions. Our religion of inclination to truth called us to mercy, kindness and leniency in treatment contrary to what many young Muslims understand nowadays. Rudeness and harshness cause people to shun avoid us while mercy and leniency cause us to win people’s hearts and gain their amicability. This is the way of the Prophets (Peace be upon them). In addition, Shura is a significant principle in the critical issues of the Muslim Nation because as the principle of Shura was a commandment the Prophet Mohammed (Allah’s Blessings and Peace be upon him) stuck to it, we should be more concerned about fulfilling it. A lot of the fatal mistakes that happened to Muslims were caused by the absence of the principle of Shura in Muslims’ reality.
