The concept of quality is an authentic concept in Islamic culture, emanating from the system of Islamic values in which precision, accuracy and perfection are high. However, currently there are people who attribute this to the non-Islamic thought, because the emergence of its use was attached to some names of thinkers who were concerned in clarifying the concept of quality and its dimensions, contents, principles, elements and basics. Therefore, here lies the problem of research. The research aims to Islamically understand the concept and requirements of total quality so that we learn about the incentives for quality of education in accordance with the Islamic perspective, and to introduce the quality components of Islam. In this research, the analytical method was followed for analyzing the Islamic texts and the sayings of scholars leading to the quality and incentives of quality in Islam. The results show that the concept of quality is authentic in the Islamic culture based on precision, accuracy and perfection, and that it has several incentives, the most important of which is moral motivation for workers, such as providing aphilanthropic environment among them, based on love, respect and appreciation, so it makes them feel that there is job security and stability. That will encourage them to exert more effort and dedication in order to achieve the highest degrees of quality. Appreciation is considered to be an essential tool in judging the success of the educational process and in determining whether they have already achieved the desired goals or failed to do so.
