DHUL-JALAL’S FACILITATION IN INTRODUCING THE AUTHOR OF NEW STANDARD, AND EXPLAINING HIS METHODOLOGY IN INFERRING
This study was to look at what was presented by a scholar of the countries of the western part of the Arab World in the modern era, Sheikh Abu Issa al-Mahdi al-Wazzani, specialist in Muslim jurisprudence of contemporary emerging issues. This study introduced the author’s methodology of inference through his book, Al-Mi’yar Al-Jadeed (The new standard), and offered a brief introduction about him. Then, it showed his scientific status which his contemporaries witnessed about him. While conducting this research, the researcher identified some of the writings of Sheikh Wazzani, which varied in terms of topics and sciences, including this book, Al-Mi’yar Al-Jadeed, which is the largest of his books and it contained much of his researches. This research stated that the author of the book adopted a new source of inference which is being conducted. To accomplish this research goals, the researcher applied the descriptive and inductive methodologies. He concluded it with the results of the study.
