THE LEGALITY OF THE WORK OF THE AWQAF FUNDS AND ADAPTING THEM TO THE PROVISIONS OF SHARIA
We aim to demonstrate the legitimacy of the Waqf funds, according to the Sharia laws. Waqf is the best future investment to its owner, and it is one of the most important sources of finance in the Islamic economy. Human life develops in a creative manner but it has to be within the Islamic boundaries because very often it crosses the redlines of Sharia laws. The idea of Waqf funds is meant to be beneficial to the whole community and contribute effectively for the development of society especially in light of the decline in official spending on specific banks that require constant and continuous support. Waqfs have always been traditionally very effective to support communities specifically the poor part of it to balance the equation between poor and wealthy people. Although Waqf funds is considered to be a recent creative idea but does not go beyond the limits Sharia laws, for that reasons it can be considered as a Waqf in general; because it is a picture of it.
