The lexicographical roots of some words have been mentioned only once in the Holy Qur’an, which is called uniqueness. This research shows the linguistic miracle in that uniqueness because the unique roots are about a quarter of the total roots of three letters, and the number of these words is about four hundred. This creates a difficulty to talk about all of this in a short article. This difficulty constitutes the problem of research, so the research was confined to the words in the verses of the rulings, and the presentation of the miracle of the Qur’anic linguistic uniqueness. This highlights the importance of this research whose aim is to search for the secret of these words' uniqueness in the context of the verses they occurred in. The researcher adopted the analytical methodology by which these words will be analyzed by clarifying the linguistic, interpretive and rhetorical meanings. The researcher found the following results: the research denies what the late linguists call synonymy because each word is not a synonym for the other and does not carry the same semantic implication. The root uniqueness comes in conjunction with the semantic uniqueness.
