Indeed, Prophet Mohamad, Messenger of Allah, Peace Be Upon Him (PBUH), is one of Allha blessings for this Ummah sent to them asa Bearer of Glad Tidings, and Warner. Allah, glorified and exalted be He (SwT) revealed the light of his Book the Holy Qur’an and facilitated its recitation to the illiterate people at that time in Seven (Ahruf) dialects or variants (Ahruf, single harf). In the recurrent Hadith of the Prophet (PBUH) narrated by Ubay ibn Ka’ab “Allaah has commanded you to recite the Qur’an to your people in Seven Ahruf, and in whichever harf they recite, they would be right”. Ubay ibn Ka’ab, also, narrated that once the Prophet (PBUH) met Jibreel, and said, “O Jibreel! I have been sent to an illiterate nation. Among them are old and young men and women, and those who have never read any writing!” Jibreel answered him, “O Muhammad, the Qur’an has been revealed in Seven Ahruf!” The wisdom behind the request of the Prophet (PBUH) was to seek easement and attenuation for the Ummah when reciting Qur’an. The permission to utilize the Seven Ahruf started at Medina era as the reason behind using the Seven Ahruf was not existing at Makkah era because the number of Muslims was few at that time and they all spoke one dialect, there were no different tribes with different dialects converted to Islam, yet. The purpose of this research is to demonstrate that in the final review of Qur’an by Jibreel some of the Seven Ahruf were superseded, with the will of Allah, and most of them were left as a bless and grace from Allah as well as an evidence of the diversified styles of the Qur’an and its linguistic and legislative abundance. The researcher focuses on the narrated Ahadith of the Seven Ahruf, their implications, the final review and its impact on the Ottomani copy of the Holy Qur’an (Ottoman Mushaf). The researcher implemented the inductive approach for the narrated ahadith, the descriptive approach for the results and the analytical approach for the criticism. The most crucial result of the research is that the Seven Ahruf were all sent by Allah glorified and exalted be He (SwT), and they represented the nuclear of the different Qira’at (readings) of the Qur’an. The narrated Ahadith of the Seven Ahruf were recurrent (mutwatirat) in their general meaning, irrevocably certain and have been narrated by more than Twenty Seven Companions of the Prophet (sahabi) and have been approved by the contemporary scholars and others, as well. The Seven Ahruf will remain existing in the Qur’an and by them the Qura’n had been collected in the copy of Abi Bakr, May Allah be pleased with him. Moreover, the script of the Ottomani copy of the Quran was influenced by the Seven Ahruf, this script of the Ottoman Mushaf has been copied and distributed to the Islamic countries.
