This study aims at the role of religious neuroticism in the establishment of Islamic states based on the state of the Al Moahideen as a model for clarification. It is known that states are based on a number of factors and reasons. Religious advocacy is one of these factors and reasons, especially with regard to the Al Moahideen state. This was not new in the history of political Morocco, which witnessed the emergence of many countries that carried in the beginning of reform calls that soon turned to the goals and political goals aimed at reaching power. Based on this, the study will explain the beginning of the state of the Al Moahideen and how it was used by Mohammad ben Tumrat to use the religious call to overthrow the Al Murabiteen State, with a focus on his birth, genesis and his scientific journey to the Orient Lands, through which he achieved his political project after acquiring many sciences and knowledge. The political situation in most Muslim countries, indicating his use of all possibilities and means to undermine the Al Murabiteen State, and it will be through the historical narrative approach to the presentation of events and historical facts of that period.
