Scientific thinking is one of the thinking based on strong pillars to rely mainly on science،knowledge، perception، research، scrutiny and conclusion in the light of changes in knowledge and scientific renewable continuously، which requires researchers to provide scientific studies that meet the need of young generation to scientific thinking، To reveal the role of the most important means of education in the promotion of scientific thinking and development among young people in the family and the school. In addition to highlighting the most important factors that hinder the process of scientific thinking and strengthen it. In order to achieve these objectives، the researcher used the descriptive analytical method، and then reached a number of results، the most important of which is that the correct construction of the scientific thinking of the youth is a process of integration between the school and the family. The child's mentality and the nature of their thinking must be respected and adapted to scientific thinking. The means to achieve the development of scientific thinking in the student، and that the process of developing scientific thinking should be taken into account in the emerging factors and forces to achieve the desired goals in a required manner. The researcher recommended the need to spread the culture of scientific thinking through the visual and audio media by hosting experts and involving young people، as well as holding meetings between the school administration and parents to discuss ways to promote scientific thinking among students on a continuous basis. And obstacles in society and provide ways and means of development، and address aspects of the obstacles.
