ALTABLIGH ALQADAYIYU FI ALFAQIH AL'IISLAMII
The process of notification in Islamic Judiciary system does not, significantly, differ from the Quran and Sunnah of the Prophet and what followed in the era of the Caliphs and the opinion of scholars that the notification has not changed between the past and present. Furthermore, the slowness of the judicial proceedings and the non-attendance of the defendant to the court are matters that Muslim jurists differed on, which negatively affect the validity of the procedure of litigation under the Islamic legal system. This is what prompted the jurists to develop scientific and studied steps for the importance of attending the required notification to the Council of the Judiciary for the resolution of disputes and this is confirmed by Islamic law to the fullest, which guarantees rights and return them to their owners. This was the result of Islamic reporting Muslim jurists in the system of litigation for Muslims and non-Muslims is adopted as a law that must be followed to ensure justice and to give rights to their owners.
