OVERVIEW OF THE PURPOSES OF SHARIA FOR PREVENTIVE MEDICINE IN SURAT AL – MAIDA
Islamic brought very important five foundational goals (maqasid al-Shariah) which are: religion, life, lineage, intellect and wealth. Hence a muslim can live in this life peacefully, working for his life and after life, Muslim community live as one nation like a solid brick holding one another and as one body where one organ fail, the rest of body will be weak and feverish. This research deals with a very impotant matter which is the five ncessities of preventive medicine.This research has three section (one intrduction and three chapters) which are: the concept of maqasid al-Shariah, the second overview of aqasid al-Shariah and the position of Islam of maqasid al-Shariah, their characteristics and the conclusion. The goal of this research is to clearify the importance of the five necessities in maintining human life, and how to hold onto it, the researcher discovered that the five pupose that have been mentioned in “Sorat Al-Madad” to proof to us what shall we do to keep the humanlife safe.
