THE LEVEL OF ORGANIZATIONAL LOYALTY FROM AN ISLAMIC PERSPECTIVE TO THE EMPLOYEES OF THE EDUCATIONAL SECTOR IN THE JUBAIL INDUSTRIAL CITY, SAUDI ARABIA


The current research aims to identify the level of the organizational loyalty of employees in the educational sector in Jubail Industrial City in Saudi Arabia, the researcher used the descriptive, analytical approach using images to measure the level of loyalty to the organizational structure of the preparation of the researcher, The study included a sample of 614 employees of the educational sector in the industrial city of Jubail, researcher to conduct a personal interview with members of the sample were applied, the study tool, Researcher analyzes the responses of the sample through the statistical program spaces, the results showed that the hypothesis of the Chairperson, which stipulates: "There is a rise in the level of organizational loyalty among a sample of the current study " The results of the current research, the researcher is due to the presence of a number of administrative problems and incentive and increasing levels of psychological pressure, which may cause to the lower levels of the organizational loyalty for personnel in the educational sector The Jubail Industrial City.
