This study aims to analyzing and studying the relationship between the leadership behavior of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the effect transformational leader in his followers. This influence was reflected in the formation of a generation of creative leaders. The analytical inductive method has been adopted based on previous studies, analysis and interpretation. Where the study confirmed that whenever the leadership behavior stems from the values and compatible with this lead to achieve the desired goals and vice versa. The focus of this study on transformational leadership and its definition and concept, importance and patterns and then practical models for the application of the Prophet (PBUH) have and their impact on change. One of the most important results is the dissemination of knowledge and culture in the style of transformational leader and its impact on the process of change, development and creativity in organizations.
