MANAGEMENT AND PLANNING FROM AN ISLAMIC PERSPECTIVE


There have been many schools and administrative theories over the past five decades. Accordingly, management practices differed. In this regard, as a comprehensive curriculum of life in all fields, Islam has made a significant contribution to the science and practice of management and planning. The Qur'anic and prophetic directions, as well as administrative practices during the reign of the Caliphs and the following, established the general principles of Islamic school in the field of management and planning. This study aims to shed light on the principles of management and planning from the perspective of the Islamic curriculum, as well as the establishment of Islamic administrative values ​​among administrative practitioners. The researcher used analytical, descriptive, and inductive methods, and used Qur'anic and prophetic guidance related to the field of administration and Islamic planning.
