The roots of the diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Malaysia، dating back more than half a century،were founded in 1961. The two countries are also important international and regional، which encourages the study of bilateral relations between the two countries. This article aims to identify the level of bilateral relations between the two countries in the political، economic، social، cultural، religious and educational fields. The study adopted Siyasah Syar'iyah perspective to reveal the extent to which relations between the two countries serve the shari’ah interests of the two peoples and the Islamic nation as well. The study used descriptive and inductive methods to reveal the level of relations between the two countries in all fields. The results of the study showed that the bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and Malaysia had embodied the objectives of the Siyasah Syar'iyah through cooperation on righteousness and piety، closer brotherhood between the two peoples، and the pursuit of Islamic solidarity among the Islamic countries.
