METHODS OF SOCIALIZATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ISLAMIC SHARIA AND ITS ROLE IN THE ACQUISITION OF MORAL VALUES FOR CHILDREN

The safety and progress of any society depend on the right and proper socialization of its members; because they represent the future decision-makers and their society's foundation. This research investigates the social failure of Arab and Islamic societies in terms of upbringing children based on the Islamic legislation, and follow the western thinkers' views to raise them. This research seeks to clarify the method of socialization in Islam and its role in the acquisition of moral values for children. Therefore, the research aims to know the importance of the Islamic upbringing methods, while showing its role in the acquisition of moral values for young people. The research used an inductive approach by tracing as much as possible the Quranic verses and Sunnah that related to this subject. Moreover, the research relies on the analytical method to interpret the meaning of Quranic verses and Hadiths which related to this study. The research concluded that the true Islamic belief represents the basic seed and solid base of the socialization; thus, the individual must be watchful of Allah's commandments to be preserved by Him. |
