THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL LOYALTY AND PERSONAL AND SOCIAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL FACTORS FROM AN ISLAMIC PERSPECTIVE OF THE EDUCATIONAL SECTOR IN JUBAIL INDUSTRIAL CITY, SAUDI ARABIA


The current research aims to identify the relationship between organizational loyalty and personal and social and organizational variables for the educational sector in Jubail Industrial City in Saudi Arabia, the researcher used the descriptive, analytical approach using images to measure the relationship between them and the preparation of the researcher, the study included a sample of 614 employees of the educational sector in the industrial city of Jubail, researcher to conduct a personal interview with members of the sample were applied, the study tool

Researcher analyzes the responses of the sample during the person link factor contained in the statistical program SPSS. The results indicated that the hypothesis of the Chairperson, that "there is a positive relationship between organizational results contradicted statistically loyalty to personal, organizational and social variables in the study sample. Researcher attributed the current research results to sign a weakness in the construction of personal, social and regulatory system for personnel in the educational sector in Jubail Industrial City.
