RULING ON THE TRAVEL OF AN OLD WOMAN ALONE IN ISLAMIC JURISPRUDENCE -ANALYTICAL STUDY, ACCORDING TO A CONTEMPORARY VIEW -
Older people in our Islamic jurisprudence have a prominent place, Praise be to God and the guidance of the Prophet – peace be upon him – in dealing with them, They serve as mother and grandmother in our society.
As their age grows, their requirements and their health and spiritual needs are multiplied as pilgrimage.This research deals with the doctrines of scholars on the issue of the travel of women alone without a mahram or with a safe companionship, with the definition of travel and those who are intended to govern the matter, and types of travel in Islamic jurisprudence, as well as the opinions of jurists in the travel of old women and the evidence of each team, Shari'a and the interest of the requirements of this category at present, and in accordance with the surrounding conditions of road security and development of transport .
