THE GLOBAL CALL THROUGH TECHNICAL DIALOGUE THE CORNER OF DIALOGUE CENTER FOR THE DEFINITION OF ISLAM - MODEL - DA'WA STUDY

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and peace and blessings be upon the most honorable of all creatures, our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions.

The Da’wah to Allah is the ultimate honor that is not comparable and a blessing by Allah on whom He wishes, Allah says (وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ قَوْلاً مِمَّنْ دَعَا إِلَى اللَّهِ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحاً وَقَالَ إِنَّنِي مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ) (And who is better in speech than one who invites to Allah and does righteousness and says, "Indeed, I am of the Muslims.", Verse 33, Surah Fussilat). Allah chose to His prophets the greatest task and the honored profession, namely, the call to God (Da’wah). Consequently, preachers and reformers followed their approaches in all times and places tracking their impact to defend their religion, and removing what was attached from the suspicions which kidnaped the hearts of worshipers away from the straight path.

The examiner of the reality of today’s Islamic Ummah, in the light of the rapid technical changes that emerge from time to time, finds that Allah gifted the Ummah with sophisticated institutions and advocacy organizations to address and communicate with the whole world through the so-called "World Wide Web". People who operate these websites are honourable preachers who feel responsible for their religion. These preachers have stood to direct the people toward their God, to bring them out of the darkness of infidelity and misguidance to the light of Islam and guidance, to raise their slogan among the nations, and to restore it to the right path.

From this point, the preachers at the Dialogue Center of the Office of Community Guidance and Awareness in Qatif under the supervision of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia felt their duty and set up an online center for calling to Allah through direct dialogue with non-Muslims in various languages. The contemporary design of the centre website allows the training of preachers, the call of non-Muslims, and the education of new Muslims through an institutional work featured of vision and wisdom through a modern pattern that they volunteer in the sake of Allah, bearing in mind the map of the Islamic world as one of its objectives.

I will start by highlighting this pioneer institutional experience in inviting non-Muslims to Islam through the Internet in direct dialogues in terms of the origin of the idea, its objectives and the mechanism of its work.
