The objective of this paper is to answer , through testing, criticism, and analysis, some scientific and fundamental questions related to the controversial relationship of the Cultured and his/her society , an issue that has a problematic dimension, by raising many pressing questions that are generated by the reality of our Arab Islamic societies, which require pressing answers to the followings:
-What type is our present culture and what are its source
and references?
-What kind of challenges that confront our identity and present culture in the light of political, social and cultural challenges that are generated by the conflicts of civilizations promoted by the West?
-Where is the role of the cultured Arab from the cultural and fateful challenge that confronts his/her society internally and externally?
-What Arabic cultural system that the Cultured Arab is aiming to accomplish?
-How does globalization, that embeds within its folds some sort of cultural invasion, threaten the cultural identity of the society?
-Where is the role of the Cultured in identifying the influence of the cultural globalization on the civilized and cultural identity and personality of the Nation, and more important its belief which Islam forms its principal structure?
-How does the Cultured manage the balance between protecting the Nation's identity and civilized personality, and the openness to the Other to accomplish knowledge and civilization connections with societies that differ in their culture, civilization and beliefs ,and then establish a healthy relationship based on dialogue and coexistence, which is the most important objective that present day Human Societies aim to accomplish?
