The study aims at gathering the Quranic verses dealing with tourism and examines them in order to review the subject from the Quranic perspective. It covers and discusses these elements: legislative features, types: legislative and non- legislative, sublime purposes for which Allah the Almighty legalizes tourism, perils which fall upon the tourist and the Muslim nation, and tourism places that are indicated in the Holy Quran. The researcher used the inductive method, through tracing the verses that have relation to tourism, and then, referring back to the exegesis books, as well as to the books that have basis relation.
