JURISPRUDENCE OF MUSLIM MINORITIES STUDY IN MEANING AND LEGITIMACY
This research aims to lighten the meaning and the objectives of the jurisprudence of Muslim minorities, the evidences and the statement of the legality of this type of jurisprudence, in order to clear its legality according to the general jurisprudence rules, and this paper also answers to the following questions: What is the meaning of the term Muslim minorities? And what is the jurisprudence of Muslim minorities about? And Is this kind of jurisprudence lawful?
The searcher used the inductive method to explain the meaning of Muslim minorities and the fiqh which is dealing with, and he also demonstrated the texts of the Holy Qur’an and prophetic Sunnah have shown the legitimacy of this sort of Fiqh and the interest about it.
