THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYING THE SHARES IN ISLAMIC LAW
Allah has given human beings, the right to live a decent life, and warned the assault on the sanctities other than a legitimate right. It is not the right of any human being to take away the rights of other human beings by utilizing his/her status and authority that Islamic Shari’ah has given to all human beings. Furthermore, the law sanctioned the right of people and individuals groups to defend their sanctities; self-defense, the recovery of their usurped rights, responded aggression, the injustice of the oppressors, shedding of their blood, and the loss of lives. Islamic law has been emphasized, to resolve all issues that hurt the rights of any human being with justices. Justices is the basis principle of the Islam. The cranny of Islamic law is to be tolerant but in case of violating the Islamic law and hurting other human beings, Islamic law has formulated a clear path to deal these kind of cases, though the tolerance is one of the most important and basic principle of Islamic principles.
