THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE JURISPRUDENCE OF PRAISE AND SLANDER ASSESSMENT STUDY IN THE LIGHT OF THE BOOK AND THE YEAR


This research attempts to reveal the differences between the agreement and disagreement of the discrepancy in Fiqh. It is an evaluation study in the light of Quran and Sunnah.The study consists of an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter discusses the concept of differentiation in Fiqh. Secondly, it shows the dissimilarity between the two words (Ikhtilaf-difference) and (khelaf-dispute). Then, it demonstrates the historical overview of the variance Fiqh phases. The second chapter, involves the stand of the jurists about this issue and as a result the jurists are divided into two groups, praises the differences in Fiqh due to requirements of the Sharia texts. On the other hand, the second group disagrees with the issue. At the end, the results have been declared significantly.
