This research paper seeks to address numerous fiqh issues, specifically those that are having a major impact in Albania due to the absence of Islamic laws in the area of family law and marriage laws in particular. Albanian law is not based on the Shari’ah; this has led to the appearance of a number of new fiqh issues in that society. These became apparent due to the large changes that occurred in that society religiously, culturally and socially. As a result, there is a real need to study these issues to clarify the Shari’ah ruling regarding them and to ascertain the appropriate solutions from the Shari’ah for each issue. Lastly, the researcher concluded with the results and recommendations based on his research. We ask Allah, the Exalted, for assistance, success and acceptance; He indeed hears us, is near and answers prayers.
