Abstract
The successful leadership is the leadership that achieves its objectives in an economic way in an organizational environment that satisfies the subordinates. The Islamic leadership reality necessitates standing up to some aspects of leadership in Islam that provided solutions to the problems that they failed to offer leadership today. Leadership in Islam is a human approach and behavior that we must employ in Our current Islamic environment. The Islamic system is based on the power of belief and the authority to lead, as well as inspired by the spirit and purposes of Islamic Sharia, while the systems assume the status of employee deviation and weak ethics, as well as that these systems were inspired by the provisions of trial and error .
The leadership of Islam is based on the Quran and the Sunna, and it combines the matters of religion and the world together. The function of the administrative leader is to sponsor the parish so as to ensure a dignified life. The function of the administrative leader is important in influencing the employees' behavior and developing their skills and preparing them religiously, mentally and physically. The guidance of the Islamic administrative thought regarding leadership has a great role in motivating it, but Islam has made it a social necessity in every human society, and in order to stand on the leadership standards that emanate from an original source it was necessary to identify the duties that must be performed by the Muslim leader and Islamic leadership practices, which reflect the role of the Islamic Organization's management in the consolidation of human relations and work to implement them.
From here the researcher felt that conducting this study because we need this fundamental study to identify some of the leadership features derived from the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet, and clarify how to use them in the management of our institutions,
During the presentation of the duties that the Muslim leader should do, and to stand on the reality of the human relationship between the leader and his subordinates in the work environment, and then draw new lines to suit Islamic thought.
