THE LEGITIMACY OF WOMEN'S ADVOCACY WORK IN THE LIGHT OF THE HOLY QURAN AND SUNNAH


The issue of calling to God is not a private affair for a limited class of people and is not restricted to one without the other. So that, this research comes to show the legitimacy of the action of female lawsuit in the light of Qur'an and Sunnah. The research has included a number of themes, the most important of which is the work of female lawsuit linguistically and idiomatically, in addition to the legality of the women lawsuit action. The two researchers identify that the evidences to female advocacy comes in the light of Quran and Sunnah, in three sections: The first section includes general evidences including male and female. The second section includes explicit evidences about the involvement of women and men in carrying out the call to God. The third section includes Qur’anic verses that address women in particularly and directly as an order to practice calling to God.
