The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has a unique value that distinguish it from other countries in the world since it is the revelation of Quran has started from its land and the Islamic civilizations has developed on the land. God has blessed the kingdom with a total security that we can see its result in many aspects of life. Since my thesis (The rights of Non-Muslims in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Accordance to Islamic Law Taking into Account International Law) is applied to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, I have devoted a separate chapter on the Kingdom. This paper will discuss in brief some of the contents of this chapter, such as: an introduction about the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, its historical and geographical dimension, area of the kingdom, religion, climate, its different regions, important cities, and brief about the law of government and the law of council of ministers in Saudi Arabia. I will be using in my research the complex approach, the compression approach, the historical approach, and on field approach.
